I have lived in Santa Venetia since 1994, but it seems like only last month that my husband, Hank, and I moved here. We lived in Keelin and Josefs's house on Vendola for two years and then when a house came up for sale two doors down on the water, we snapped it up. I have been in graphic design for over 35 years (yikes!) and before that did graphic production for art studios in Chicago. I have seen the transition from hot metal typesetting and paste-up to computer-generated design. What an interesting time that was! I moved from Chicago in 1976 and gradually found my way to Marin. I work with nonprofit organizations and small businesses. I am now a happy Master Gardener who has also learned intuitive healing and teaching, belly dancing, photography, editing, comedy improvisation and painting. |
